Excellent service is paramount in everything we do at Mats Meier. If you unexpectedly have a complaint about a product or our service, we will do everything we can to resolve it. We request that you report your complaint to us as soon as possible.

You can do this by contacting us via email. Describe your complaint as clearly as possible and, if applicable, state the order number, item number and date of purchase.

Have you filed a complaint? You will receive a substantive response from us within 7 working days about the handling of your complaint.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl).

  • European ODR Platform

Another option is to submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/)
